At Embraer Executive Jets I represented the Phenom, Legacy and Lineage business aircraft product lines. I was recruited to establish Embraer’s presence in the Central US, lead sales and marketing activities, business development and brand building. A customer focused approach to territory development generated $87 million in revenue, including options for an additional $45+ million of revenue anticipated in the coming years. Embraer is a global aviation company headquartered in Brazil. Founded in 1969, Embraer produces aircraft for the commercial, defense and business aviation markets. Its shares are traded on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol ERJ.

Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas

As the Propeller Aircraft Regional Sales Director for Cessna Aircraft Company, I represented a variety of models including the C162 light sport, C172 trainer, C182 and C206 utility aircraft, TTX high performance single and the Caravan 208/208B turbo prop. At the time, Cessna utilized an Authorized Sales Representative (ASR) network for distribution of the propeller aircraft product line. I was highly effective in cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with the ASRs in my region, and worked diligently to execute on marketing and sales strategies that ultimately placed me in the top 25% of propeller aircraft sales performers within 12 months.

At Flexjet, then owned by Bombardier, I was responsible for sales of the Flexjet 25 Jet Card, Charter Card and On-Demand Charter products in the southeast United States. Through an assertive marketing and sales campaign, I secured an 80% Jet Card renewal rate and won multiple new accounts.

Wichita, Kansas

As an Aircraft Sales Manager at Cessna Finance Company, now Textron Financial, I leveraged multiple skill sets to accomplish a variety of tasks to include sales, marketing, contract negotiation, and aircraft demonstrations. Working closely with Cessna Aircraft Company, I established a joint Cessna Finance Corporation/Cessna Used Aircraft Division turbine aircraft sale and delivery process. Partnering with Cessna enhanced the customer experience, reduced aircraft hold time and improved margins.

Wichita, Kansas

A highly dynamic work environment, I managed $200 million in business and personal jet aircraft accounts from contract inception through aircraft delivery. Day to day responsibilities included contract administration, deposit management and aircraft acceptance. As a Customer Solutions Manager, I routinely negotiated contractual details and language with customer’s counsel on behalf of Cessna Aircraft Company.Working closely with Citation Regional Sales Managers and Division Sales Directors, I supported aircraft demonstrations, pre-sale activities, negotiations and proposal generation and was instrumental in exceeding the 2007/2008 Southern Division sales and delivery goals.

An exciting time in general aviation, as an Instructor Pilot for Cessna Aircraft Company I provided Garmin G1000 and make/model specific ground and flight instruction to new aircraft customers. Additionally, I supported with propeller aircraft sales team during trade shows, sales campaigns and demonstration tours.
