• Functioned as the intermediary, fostering communication between banks, mortgage brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, appraisers, and borrowers. By utilizing phone, message board, and email, ensure that the order progresses appropriately and is delivered on time.• Work on five of the six Tier 1 lenders including Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Quicken Loans, and Bank of America allowing me to assist wherever needed.• Provide training for new employees showing them how to communicate with each of the top five lenders through an internal message board, emails, and phone calls.• Generate and distribute a daily and weekly report that displays the company’s current performance.• Evaluate each order and escalate based on the closing date as well as the rate lock date to prevent customer dissatisfaction and customer losses.
