As the Vice President of Engineering at Metals and Additives LLC, I lead the organization's growth efforts by bringing new manufacturing techniques to life. With 15 years of manufacturing experience and a passion for solving difficult process problems, I have developed novel processes for manufacturing both legacy and cutting edge products in the specialty chemicals industry.In my current role, I am responsible for detailed design work, budgetary estimates, project pitching, planning, and execution, as well as startup and optimization efforts. I work with a skilled, energetic team that shares my vision of delivering the highest quality products and solutions while keeping the needs of all stakeholders in mind. I also provide technical and operational guidance to multiple departments and serve as a liaison between the executive team, R&D, quality control, and the production group.
