Responsible for the productivity of approximately 150 Student Callers and 30 Student Supervisors. Assign callers to appropriate call lists to make every call as efficient as possible, and reward the top 40 callers in the program with raises based on performance. Analyze and interpret the statistics of the room’s performance as to make recommendations for changes and improvements in the room’s approach to calling, as well as suggest possible explanations for changes in donor giving behaviors. Responsible for room wide trainings for approximately 70 callers on larger lists, and responsible for training on smaller special lists every month. Interviewed 10 supervisor candidates a semester, hired and trained 2-8 new supervisors every semester.
