Currently working for Pixel Toys, a UK based games studio. As a Senior Product Owner I manage a feature backlog for my product area and also lead a team of POs working in their own areas. I am also actively driving the adoption of agile thinking and Scrum methods to improve our delivery.Before this I worked with a small start-up organisation called GraviDAO developing a Discord bot using NFTs for governance. This gave me an opportunity to really shape how a new organisation works, helping the founder to embed user focused design at the heart of everything we did.Further back I worked for Qlik in the UK (remote) as a Senior Product Designer/Owner. I have worked across multiple areas of the data to analytics pipeline such as data acquisition and preparation, analysis creation and consumption, collaboration, system governance and AI driven content production. I ensure business objectives and technical capabilities are aligned with the day to day needs of consumers, helping to ensure that the most powerful and user friendly analytics solutions are provided to Qlik's users.I work alongside Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Delivery Managers, Researchers and others to prioritise backlogs, research and document user stories and flows, develop product roadmaps, produce wireframes, create user experiences, manage stakeholders and support solution development through to delivery and assessment.I also contribute heavily to process improvement, driving standards for documentation and ways of working through Jira, Confluence, Miro and other systems.
