Provide leadership and direction to medical group specialty practices and hospital departments in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties (Cardiology, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Pathology, Emergency Department, Anesthesia).

Manage operations and activities for rehabilitation medicine department. Evaluate and improve performance of all levels of staff, ensure quality patient care and outcomes, maintain cost effectiveness of operations and delivery of the highest customer service for patients. Provide supervision for multiple sites across multiple functional service lines.

Manage operations, control budget, and develop programs. Lead 20+ clinicians and support staff with professional and program development. Monitor and oversee facility operations for $5+M budget.
