I am excited to be back in the hands-on position of service provider at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa -- a premier resort in the upscale Scottsdale community here in the Southwest.

With a leadership background I am currently managing 40 therapists under the direction of a world-class spa assistant director who I have seen grow through her position by adeptly increasing her body of knowledge and abilities, Lisa Breault.

The first Life Time Fitness club in Tennessee, located in the Southeast area of the metropolitan Memphis area measures 135,000 square feet. Along with the usual workout floor of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment, the site also houses all of the facilities necessary for a Macro Healthy Way of Life.

Responsible for overseeing entire spa operation, finances, staffing and procurement. Managed 78 associates, $2.6 million in revenue, 21,000 square foot spa facility and retail component, workout facility and movement studio.

Provided marketing and sales of spa services and activities to local and hotel groups. Managed front desk and reservations office operations and staff.

Trained therapists in Southwest to meet and exceed company standards in providing services at Red Door spas. Area included Southern California and Arizona, 5 locations, 2 resorts and 3 stand-alone day spas.

Sales of technical equipment to government market. Bid and won Arizona State Contract for technical equipment 2002.

Large-scale video and audio enterprise solutions for corporate and government (military) sites.
