This efficiency is beneficial to all parties involved: auditors spend less time per engagement increasing their throughput; consultants spend less time managing deliverables, going back / forth between the auditors and customers, generating status reports; and those in need of compliance can conclude their engagements swiftly, allowing them to be more profitable.

Adam Goslin built High Bit Security from the ground up, establishing the client base, handling all operations, coordinating engagements for the penetration testing team and heading the consulting arm of the business.Consulting engagements spanned a multitude of compliance standards, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), Payment Application Data Security Standards (PA-DSS), HIPAA, HITECH, SSAE-16, SOC2, Safe Harbor and more.Adam very much enjoyed creating strong partnerships with clients and partners of High Bit Security through the years.

Responsible for all facets of Information Technology for the company, inclusive of all development (application development and support), helpdesk function, onsite infrastructure components (servers, telephony, PCs), and vendor management – inclusive of management of the 3rd party hosting provider for the production environment. Also responsible for both the Business Analysis functions and Project Management.Major accomplishments include: Oversight of the rewrite of most externally facing systems and end-to-end management of Osiris' PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification of Osiris payment card systems.

IT Manager, responsible for all facets of IT development, reporting directly to the CEO. Working on new client implementations, internal and external projects, and support for over 40 clients. Managing development staff on projects that range from new implementations, client specific development and client support to Learning Management System (LMS) implementations, client specific development and client support. Core system upgrades, tertiary system upgrades and process efficiency enhancements.Utilization of a structured development methodology, implemented through the entire SDLC, including analysis, design, functional specifications, technical specifications, development, unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, user acceptance testing and deployment. Due to my oversight of Business Analysts, Developers and Reporting Analysts, it has provided the unique opportunity of being responsible for all aspects of projects, from inception through support.
