Main Point of Contact for Production Environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Customer access, file integrated monitoring, VLAN Management, Firewall Management, IDS/IPS Management, PCI compliance, patching environment, Event monitoring, reporting incidents to Vice President of Information Technology, SSL Cert management, internal access auditing, log monitoring, 24x7 support for this environment, ACH file integrity.Main Technical Contact for Office/Testing Environment. Sole administrator of ePS Infrastructure, Directory Services, Security, Networking, Workstations, and End-User Support. Workstation support/upgrades/management, Infrastructure Upgrading/Management/Day-to-day (Servers, Switches, Firewall, IDS/IPS, cabling), Desk Phone Management, Cell Phone Management (Plan Manager with our Provider), Access Control, Manage Cloud Help Desk/Agile Project Software, Manage Cloud Q&A, Knowledge base software, Manage several long term processing programs with multiple customers. Also responsible for implementing newer hardware to further support new security mechanisms, not compromising on network performance, and doing all of this in a cost effective manner for upper management.
