My primary focus on implementing new tools for the legal team. Working with internal IT Team as well as with Implementation Partners on enterprise wide system implementations. Including but not limited to CLMs, Ticketing Systems, Knowledge Bases, SaaS platforms, Procure to Pay, AI Solutions. Heavily involved in the RFP and Evaluation of Tools and looked to for tool selection recommendations. Primary contact for legal policies and procedures. Manage Template creation and maintenance. Training new legal team members on F5's software tools, policies and procedures. Ensuring questions to the legal team are answered by the proper team members. Manage access to F5's Enterprise wide Docusign Account as well as being the SME for Docusign. Provision and Deprovision User access to CLM system. Obtain feedback on issues, validate and work to come to solutions that work for all departments.

Act as Sharepoint Administrator/Designer for the Contracts Sharepoint site (Creating Complicated Infopath Forms, Sharepoint Surveys, Automated Workflows, Assuring proper Hierarchy and structure of the site, Managing Permissions etc.) Conduct Training sessions (Live Meeting and in person) on new tools as needed with up to 75 people. Create process workflows in Visio. Manage the flow of legal contracts from initial upload, through approvals and Fully Executed Agreements. Communicate frequently with members of the executive leadership team. Create and analyze monthly metrics report which is reviewed by C Level executives.
