Joined Kennedy Scott from Shaw Trust in September 2018 as Team Leader on the Oxforward Contract with the responsibility to increase and improve engagement with local authorities and organisations to support people across Oxfordshire. This support included recruitment, social representation, and identifying local foundations for a collaborative approach across the county. I was promoted to the Work and Health Programme in June 2019 (after Kennedy Scott was incorporated into Fedcap Employment), managing a team of 12 people to help guide and assist individuals with barriers to work into sustainable employment.I was offered the position of Performance Manager on the JETS programme in October 2020 and continued to manage the contract for its duration until April 2023 with over 20 team members. JETS was introduced to support individuals affected by the pandemic. The programme was very successful with 43% of programme starters achieving sustained employment during a challenging period. In addition to performance, the programme achieved an average of 99.4% Quality and compliance audit score and 100% against customer care standards.With the end of JETS in April 2023, I moved back into Work and Health Programme as Performance Manager on a 6 month FTC to assist the management team. This has been a successful period with 192 job placements between April and August.With the end of my FTC, I am in a strong position to use the opportunity to springboard into a new opportunity and challenge. I am open to all industries and roles which suit my skill set and transferrable skills. I am a leader by example in terms of self-discipline, pace, conduct, and results.
