In the fall of 2018, I began working with Vizient as a data analyst for the Clinical Data Base, eventually becoming a Sr. Analyst in the summer of 2020. My current duties include troubleshooting and reviewing any data processing anomalies, escalating to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution if necessary, in addition to managing regular data submissions for around 40 CDB members. I also work to train new hires on our processing platform, and make ad hoc SQL table modifications as they relate to data participation and access.

After IBM's acquisition of Truven Health, my role expanded to include supporting the CareDiscovery Electronic Quality Measures solution (formerly Meaningful Use Quality Manager) in a manner requiring regular internal collaboration with several client and non-client facing departments. In addition to continuing with all of my CDQM responsibilities, I routinely work with Product Management, Customer Provisioning, Implementation, and Application Operations to help foster the development of the CDEQM solution, streamline the eCQM submission process, and manage any data processing issues that may arise.

Beginning in March of 2014, I became a Product Support Specialist for the CareDiscovery Quality Measures solution. My duties still included handling support inquiries (typically of a more technical nature), but I was also responsible for product training for internal staff, maintaining/refining process documentation, and managing sensitive quarterly data submission concerns.Additionally, I also managed a team that submitted aggregate measure data to QualityNet for the IQR and IPFQR programs on a regular basis.

I handled both phone inquiries and Salesforce tickets from our clients for multiple solutions, including CareDiscovery Quality Measures, CareDiscovery, Action OI, MarketDiscovery Planning, and Market Expert.
