As a Head of User Experience and Digital Product, I thrive off of a fast-paced innovation agenda through which i've delivered several successful, high-quality digital products and services in the B2C and B2B sectors. As a UX leader I have a responsibility to be the voice of our customers, getting to the heart of their needs and creating engaging solutions to often complex challenges.
