With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, I am a passionate product leader who strives to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions for the arts and culture sector. I have a proven track record of driving new products and services, business development, marketing communications and customer relationship management at Artifax Software, where I am the Head of Products.As the Product Manager for ArtifaxEvent family of products, I work with internal and external stakeholders and our scrum development teams to extend the functionality of our solutions and ensure smooth implementations. I also consult with key clients and prospects to understand their needs and challenges, and to provide them with tailored solutions that enhance their operations and revenue. I have successfully launched Artifax's next generation product, ArtifaxEvent, a browser-based replacement for ArtifaxEventClassic, and planned the sunset of the legacy products. In addition to leading the Products team, I champion knowledge-sharing throughout the business, provide internal training on our products and markets, and collaborate and coach across multiple departments to share expertise and drive growth.
