Adam is Brunswick’s Group Head of Value and Pricing, leading on the shaping and execution of a strategy to put value firmly at the heart of all that we do. He leads and coordinates an expert Global team that supports the firm by acting as a commercial centre of excellence; guiding on qualification & pursuit strategy, shaping compelling proposals & value propositions, structuring fee arrangements which are optimised for both Brunswick & its clients and leading client / procurement negotiations. Prior to joining Brunswick, Adam was a Managing Director with Accenture and led its 70-strong European Pricing team guiding and managing pricing, profitability and sales effectiveness matters across Accenture’s Strategy, Consulting, Technology and Operations practices in the Region. He sat on the executive committee setting the firm’s pricing strategy and was also a member of Accenture's Global Negotiations Centre of Excellence. Adam also enjoyed a client facing role providing subject matter expert support to a wide range of clients on matters related to pricing and commercial strategy. Adam holds an MBA from Henley, a BA in Politics & Economics from the University of Warwick and is a certified Business Coach. He spent his early career as an Officer in the British Army where he rose to the rank of Major while serving in a wide range of roles at Regimental Duty, within Headquarters LAND Command, the Ministry of Defence and on operational deployments.
