My role involves using my operation Knowledge to drive retention and growth within our clients operations, identify and resolve client issues and review operational process, support with new business Implementations, represent the voice of the customer and feedback to the product team to ensure we evolve with our clients needs

Supported on 2 new XPO start up projects, adidas and LVMH. Continuous Improvement Operations Support at Xpo Marston gate for adidas. Initially part of the User Acceptance testing team during Project phase at adidas, testing Jda DLX WMS. Moved into an operational Shift Manager role focused on the daily running of shift. Key in the implementation of Returns department, writing process documents, supporting training of staff, working with IT to test and resolve WMS functionality and changes. Presenting "Day in the life of" information to Senior team and customer to ensure the solution was robust and fit for purpose. Heavily involved with Team Leader, Admin and warehouse op recruitment. More recently involved in the new LVMH start-up. The project took just 13 weeks. This is a remarkable achievement, given the scale of the project and some of the significant challenges faced by the project team as well as having a hard constraint of a non-movable end date.Personal achievements creating integrated SOPs/SSOW, bespoke pack bench & pick trolley designs, on time procurement of equipment and initial process mapping. Knowledge sharing from the adidas project provided invaluable detail with regard to core specifics e.g. pack bench and pick trolley design, process mapping and QHSE requirements and standards.

After taking voluntary redundancy from Yodel I took a Temporary position with Arrow transport which was our main service partner at Hitchin Yodel . This involved the day to day planning and supervision of a small team of multi drop couriers within Yodel Borhamwood .
