- IT Senior Program manager coordinating the request for proposal, due diligence, selection, and transition planning phases for the replacement of the previous infrastructure service provider. Complex planning included mainframe, midrange, distributed, networking, call center, and print and finishing areas. Developed and executed project plans with IBM to switch the Data Center environment by the contractual termination clause. Led six project managers, and over one hundred project resources.- Program Manager of a strategic, enterprise-wide implementation of a web-based desktop containing workflow, email, calendar, and resource links. Coordinated the implementation of concurrent projects to support the overall program. Managed over 30+ resources. Oversaw work of vendors, both off-shore (Patni) and on-shore companies (CGI).
