The Accenture Experience Innovation Lab is a global team that applies Design Thinking to incubate and develop product concepts, responsive and native app experiences, prototypes and MVPs. The Lab aims to ensure all products and concepts are human-centered and we continuously validate by collecting global user insights. I have helped lead our Global User Research Practice implementation; process, methodology, tools and analysis.
