I have almost 30 years of experience in the UK security industry and have been with Constant Security Services since 1997. I'm responsible for all commercial activity within the business but my real passion is in helping organisations to review and improve all aspects of security, with a real focus on added value, innovation and cost mitigation. Constant has grown to become one of the largest, most responsive and most respected independent security companies operating in the UK and I'm really proud to have such great colleagues to work with and wonderful long-term customers. I started my career with Constant as an Event Steward and Security Officer while at University. Over the first couple of years or so of starting full time, I worked in almost all departments including HR, Recruitment and our Control Room. This is a model we still use today as it provides business knowledge and a great platform.
