Working across 6 continents, the Diller Teen Fellowship is an immersive global leadership experience inviting a select group of Jewish 10th and 11th graders to step up, lead their communities, and repair the world. Designed to cultivate and connect an emerging generation of leaders in 32 communities around the world. The program year includes a partnership.

Boston, Massachusetts

• Developed a strategy and implementation plan for teen, campus, and young adult cohort engagement in Greater Boston.
• Trained, and manage a team of 6 high performing staff
• Responsible for strategic planning, logic model creation and impact reporting both internally with colleagues and externally with stakeholders.
• Cultivated and maintained relationships with local community partners as well as national organizations involved in engagement of individuals between 13 and 40 years old.
• Established a first-of-its-kind young adult community collaborative, allowing for data sharing between local and national partners, resulting in a deeper understanding of community baseline engagement.

Marblehead, MA

• Founding Director of national pilot addressing unique strategies for youth education and engagement.
• Established community relationships, branding, program content, strategies, and theory for grassroots effort.
• Led start-up phase while establishing critical relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners.
• Created a systemic approach to youth engagement, with emphasis on relationships, thoughtful goal setting, resource management and community advancement.
• Launched a national Peer Leaders Fellowship program, which was adopted by JFNA and replicated in 5 communities around the country.
• Developed website, social media outlets and launched a collaborative & community wide holistic teen calendar.

• Responsible for coordinating grades 7 - 12 educational and informal Youth Community program.
• Grew program from 70 participants upon arrival to 220.
• Supervised 11 part-time teachers, 2 advisors and 2 program coordinators.
• Created and implemented 3 distinct informal educational curricula used in grades 7, 8 and 9.
• Designed unique retreat model of teen engagement, replicated throughout Boston.
• Coordinated all youth marketing (websites, program book, emails, invitations, etc.) for program.
