About Adam Sparks

Partner and founder of election law practice with 10+ years of complex business and civil rights litigation, political campaign, policy advocacy, and problem-solving experience for clients of Krevolin Horst, LLC, and for the general good of the State of Georgia. As a litigation associate at an Am Law 50 international law firm, I provided high-quality legal services in complex and class action business litigation, especially in the consumer financial services litigation field. I moved back home to Georgia to advance voter protection and litigation operations in support of political candidates for statewide office. Thereafter, I clerked for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia before joining the attorneys par excellence at Krevolin & Horst. My skills have been honed through significant trial, motions practice, discovery, and management experience, both in the above fields and in voting rights and education policy analysis. I care deeply about both participatory democracy and educational equity and adequacy, particularly with regards to school finance. As a graduate of its public schools and a product of its fine character, and as much as I miss Washington, D.C. and its people, I am thrilled to thrive in Georgia to join so many others in making my state a better, Bluer place.

Listed skills include Legal Writing, Litigation, Legal Research, Courts, and 30 others.
