Reimagined and delivered Pantheon Front End Sites (FES), a single-tenant hosting architecture for Node.js frontends like Next.js. It was built atop Google Cloud using all serverless products. Worked with Pantheon’s CTO, SVPs of Strategy, Engineering, and Product to build executive consensus. Managed 3 teams made up of 30 people. Project was estimated at 2000 story points, delivered within 6 weeks of initial estimates of 4 quarters. Designed next-gen customer facing CDN product atop Cloudflare Workers. Incorporated a custom rules engine to make it easier for customers to manage their own CDN configuration. Product will automate a human consulting service currently provided by Pantheon with a superior self-service option. This next-gen CDN layer will also replace the current VCL based CDN and custom Kubernetes router.Worked closely with product managers, engineering managers and cross-functional leads to plan and manage dependencies for FES and delivery of milestones. Project involved 5 product & engineering teams (FES Frontend, Backend and SDK, CDN, Version Control Systems) and 10 teams spanning marketing, sales & sales operations, onboarding services, customer support, customer education, partner relations, technical documentation & legal.Established repeatable product and engineering delivery processes for multi-quarter programs, like FES, and created a benchmark for predictable delivery.

Worked with Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC’s) CEO, CIO, CMO and VP of IT to plan and execute a program to modernize 4 major websites for the organization.Built the Drupal practice for Mindtree from the ground up by hiring 50+ people, in Washington DC, Bangalore and Pune, including engineers, architects, product managers, scrum masters, testers, and external Drupal consultants.Stood up 3 scrum teams, established collaboration and scrum processes between the customer and Mindtree teams. Transitioned client stakeholders with varying degrees of Agile, Waterfall, and no delivery methodology experience to scrum, working with the customer agile coach.Helped AAMC reduce their content by 10x through an exercise that showed 80% of their content received less than 20 pages views a YEAR–helping them prioritize the content that mattered for AAMC constituents.

Provided support as a senior developer to a large federal client who was one of the first adopters of Drupal in the federal space. Designed realtime Websocket based system to allow content editors to broadcast updates to all public users (100k) in real-time. Oversaw the design of an interactive sign for a press briefing room that displayed aggregated posts from twitter and facebook with updates occurring every minute.Prepared sites for high-traffic events. Did security audits for edge cases that would go unnoticed day to day but would causes problems when the site was under pressure.
