As a Senior Account Executive for Johnson Controls, my quota for FY23 is $1.5M. This intercompany & team promotion also elevated my responsibilities as team lead by working with new hires in their ramping period ultimately speeding up skill development. The primary prospects in this role are mid-market to large enterprise accounts with complex security needs. In this role I have helped over 15+ accounts develop, deploy and manage security solutions and standards that are scalable and integration focused. Johnson Controls, a leading service provider for commercial building technology and solutions, deploys Security, HVAC, and Life Safety Systems. As an AE specialized in security, I have provided security solutions including both hardware and software to 50+ new and 175+ existing accounts. All of the revenue I generated I accomplished by providing risk assessments and surveys, managing pre-sales engineering, collaborating with product partners, providing demos, and negotiating. I sold directly to end users ranging from small businesses to large enterprise, SLED accounts, and general contractors for new construction projects. I also managed the implementation process which further increased ROI of security spend. Achievements:-Senior Promotion -FY22: 124% to plan on a $800k quota-FY21: 117% to plan on a $680k quota
