Senior Customer Success Manager
Current- Global engagement with restaurants across seven markets (UAE, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Europe), and 17 countries, to implement our customer loyalty solution.-Full oversight of client onboarding.- Collaboration with Point of Sale System partners for seamless SaaS integration.- Conducting staff training and testing to ensure system and operationally efficiency.- Utilizing analytics software tools like Looker, AI, marketing automations, and omnichannel communication tools for revenue growth.- Handling technical troubleshooting with software tools like Kibana and Postman.- Managing 40+ global restaurant partners, including key accounts such as Wagamama, McGettigan's, SALT, Deep Blue, and Bon Appetit Group.
