Part time contract offshore land/land administrative work.

•Land Related Agreements - negotiating, drafting, internal approval coordination and closing of joint participation agreements, area of mutual interest agreements, joint operating agreements (JOAs), farmins/farmouts, confidentiality agreements, joint bidding agreements, equity agreements and well trade agreements.•Federal Unitization and SOPs – preparation of Unit Agreement forms, Unit Operating Agreements, SOP request letters and Activity Schedules; submittal of same to Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) for approval and monitoring until approved. Liaison between BSEE and company to gather and submit additional information or data if requested by BSEE.•GOM Lease Sales – experience is all phases of the Federal lease sale process – joint bidding partner search and selection, negotiation of joint bidding agreements, Lease Sale coordinator and bid session participation along with attending GOM Lease Sales.•Analysis, interpretation and administration of JOAs - extensive experience in analyzing, interpreting and administering JOAs in areas of Exploration, Appraisal and Development concerning well operations, Development Plans, Project Teams and Fabrication AFEs.
