Responsibilities• Work in partnership with relevant government and community stakeholders to identify and promote innovative and creative solutions to deliver improved vocational education, training, employment as well as life outcomes for students.• Represent ICAN on specific working parties and forums to collect and disseminate information.• Ensure appropriate training and development programs were developed and implemented to provide a seamless vocational education model for ESL students and students at risk.• Provide high level consultative services to educators in curriculum, assessment, and vocational education regarding the impact of issues relating to school retention, engagement, ESL students and students with learning needs.• Provide comprehensive reporting, assessment, evaluation, administration, and transparent project management.Achievements• Established and managed the Innovative Community Action Network (ICAN) initiative, a youth engagement, retention, and vocational training strategy in the Western Adelaide region.
