• Managed distributed teams for the Contamination Avoidance of Sea Ports of Debarkation (CASPOD) program. • Architected and created tactical training application for CASPOD. • Developed components, using Eclipse, JBuilder7, Visual Basic6, VB.Net and Oracle9i, and requirements for the Installation Warning and Reporting Network (IWARN) digital dashboard application and the Restoration of Operations (RestOps) suite; both GIS tools are used in Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations and Military Base Recovery pilot programs. • Designed, developed, deployed, and maintained a customizable sensor detection network and an audio/visual alerting system for the IWARN application using Java, Visual Basic, and TCPIP/UDP technologies. • Integrated two-way communication and control between status signs (over an RF network) and the RestOps suite of tools. • Created applications to aid in the rapid deployment of the GIS situational awareness tools using VB6 and XML. • Participated in onsite software deployments (U.S., Korea, Japan, and Kuwait) that included software installations, technical support, maintenance, and training. • Managed a distributed team responsible for the creation of Domain Chemical, an SSL website. • Architected and created components for Domain Chemical using JSP, Oracle 9i, OracleAS, MySQL, and Apache Tomcat. • Managed a team responsible for architecting and creating the Forecast Analysis Tool, a client/server application created in VB.net.

Development work consisted of using a combination of Powerbuilder, stored procedures, excel, and VBA. Back-end work was performed using MS SQL Server (6.5). • Responsible for helping supervise and assist entry-level employees working on the Pool Returns project.

• Involved in development and maintenance of services (HTML, text, pager, mobile, and voice) for personal information portal, Strategy.com. • Responsible for developing Strategy.com’s Financial services offering using a combination HTML, Visual Basic, XML, and XSL. Back-end work was completed using combination of MS SQL Server and Teradata and entailed the creation of SQL scripts and stored procedures. • May 2000-June 2000: Completed an intensive six week training program which had emphasis in data modeling, schema design, data warehouse creation, and eCRM. Task included design of a database schema, creation of a data warehouse in Oracle, installation of Microstrategy’s software suite and customization of intelligent e-business system using the same Microstrategy products, XML/XSL, HTML, and ASP.

• Worked to develop a client/server application for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, DC. This application replaced the former mainframe system. • Responsible for development, using Powerbuilder (5,6.5) as a front-end tool and SQL (6,7) as a back-end tool, on several system components, developing requirements on said components, configuration management, and build distribution to the various regions in New York, Kansas City and Chicago. Was also been heavily involved in the quality assurance process. • Conducted a review of internal payroll and accounting systems and created future alternatives to streamline operations. • Developed prototype systems for electronic timesheet entry and contract management using Java, Delphi, MS SQL Server and Access.
