MySmartPrice is a high-growth venture-backed startup that runs the largest comparison shopping site in India with over 20 Million user visits per month.As part of FinPal, a foray by the MySmartPrice team in the financial technology SaaS domain -- Served as the Product Lead for the development of a Community Product for FinPal- Managed a team of 6 interns ranging across Product Research, UI/UX and Growth- Created and ran a successful digital content campaign aimed at Stock Trading with an estimated outreach of 10,000 users from scratch, with zero budget and a timeline of 2 months.

As the President for the BITS Hyderabad chapter of 180 Degrees Consulting, I am responsible for the end to end positioning of client activity in the social sector. I am also directly responsible for training and mentoring a team of 30 talented consultants with different fields of specialization in the social sector.World's most influential brand in pro-bono consulting, comprised of top-notch university students. At 180 Degrees Consulting BITS Hyderabad, we primarily engage with clients in 3 sectors, namely, Healthcare, Rural Development and Education, to enhance high impact social sector ventures being undertaken in the South Asian region.We help clients in the public, private, and social sectors tackle the greatest of societal challenges. We focus on establishing linkages between sectors, quantifying and communicating impact, and mobilising the dynamically evolving ecosystem of players—to ultimately move both the organisation and society from aspiration to effective impact.

sumHR is one of the leading cloud - based HRMS platforms in India. It's core mission isto revolutionize HRMS platforms for startups and SMEs by making the most easy toimplement and mobile HRMS platform in the industry.As a Product Management Intern, I was working directly with the Product Lead andFounder. I was responsible for -1. Research and analysis tasks related to the proprietary product and mapping existingbusiness landscape and competition.2. Crafting product roadmaps and brainstorming product requirements for sumHR 3.0product.3. Feature mapping of the existing product to identify key areas of competencies androom for improvement for further development.4. Managing product life cycles across multiple teams including but not limited to design,back end developers, front end developers and customer success.5. Extensive user-end research and solving design thinking problems to improve the flowof the product.

The Centre for Leadership & Governance (CLG) is a non-profit initiative in policy space by alumni of BITS-Pilani & Indian School of Business. As a policy analyst intern, I had the privilege of working under the Official Spokesperson of State BJP, Telangana ; Mr. Anugula Rakesh Reddy, to analyze and engage with burning issues of polity and policy implementation at the central as well as the state level government.

As a summer intern in the Department of Business Excellence, Vedanta, Jharsuguda Area, India, I was tasked with multiple levels of business analysis, project scheduling and business practice ideation for better optimization of end to end process of the plant. My work involved KPI Tracking, understanding practical implementation of DMAIC Analysis for Industrial Optimization, efficient Raw Material Procurement and KPI Tracking.I was also exposed to business data analytics and project management via the utilization of marquee practices in the industry under the mentorship of some of the most experienced and creative professionals in the process industries.
