Current- Spearheaded line-clearance vegetation management across a vast 4,000 sq.mi service territory, including Transmission and Distribution areas.- Supervised a team of 40 professionals, comprising area managers, field supervisors, system foresters, regional landscape specialists, and operations resource schedulers.- Pioneered PGE's Advanced Wildfire Risk Reduction program (AWRR), a nationally recognized initiative focused on proactively mitigating the risk of vegetation-caused utility ignitions.- Managed an annual budget exceeding $90M, overseeing (130) line-clearance qualified tree crews, (40) flagging crews, (30) landscape crews, (8) herbicide crews, and specialized equipment operations.- Achieved fiscal discipline goals consistently, maintaining a year-end variance of less than $100k year-over-year.- Architect of PGE's Vegetation Management digital strategy, leading to the robust end-to-end use of QuickBase and ArcGIS Collector applications to manage field work and automate graphical metric dashboards that influence cost trends, crew productivity, and regulatory performance.-Voting member of the PGE Benefits Administration Committee (BAC). The BAC is a fiduciary committee responsible for the administration of ERISA related employee benefit plans as required under the terms of the plan documents. Members are nominated and approved through committee for service to PGE in this capacity.
