I’ve had the privilege of working with leading early stage biopharmaceutical companies over the last 4+ years, gaining a diverse scientific background. Early on, I focused on the novel field of bacteriophage therapy, performing upstream and downstream manufacturing processes like Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), and Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC). Recently, I have worked in gene therapy, completing extensive formulation studies on rAAV candidates. Under the umbrella of each formulation study, I developed a strong understanding of analytical assays like Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), ddPCR, DLS & SLS, ELISA, DNA and protein melting temperature. It has been exciting to be part of these companies set on improving patient outcomes, and I hope my curiosity can continue to help make advances in emerging fields.
