As a Sort Code Migration Case Manager at HSBC my role is positioned at the forefront of change management for the UK Banking sector, specifically driven by the 2013 Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act and the impact of the ring fencing regulatory requirements on the HSBC Global Banking & Markets business. This is defined by managing a portfolio comprising of exclusively tier one global banking clients and involves owning, project managing and consulting on all aspects of the changes required.

An experienced Commercial Cards professional with a portfolio of multi-national clients with multiple card programs in the region. Responsibilities include; program design and growth strategies, contract and rebate discussions, program enhancements, overall client satisfaction and as a contact point for issue escalation.

Working directly with clients to ensure Commercial Card Programmes are implemented within agreed timeframes. I have successfully implemented T&E, P-Card and Pre-paid card programmes of varying complexity and size for both Public and Private sector clients.

In support of a Treasury Sales Officer and with joint responsibility for the relationship management, development and sale of pan-European cash management solutions in the EMEA region to US headquartered, multi-national clients primarily within the Commercial Bank sector.

As a member of a dedicated team of senior implementation personnel created to deal exclusively with those cash management mandates that were deemed to be complex for a variety of reasons including proposed solution, regional coverage, number and locations of accounts and liquidity structures.
