Meshed and ran simulations on Autodesk CFD to work on aerodynamic-related concepts, and conducted preliminary structural and mechanical calculations and modelling on prototypes.

Conducted initial concept design and sizing, aerodynamic design and optimisation and flight testing of an experimental eVTOL aircraft in Japan

Learned about racecar vehicle dynamics and aerodynamics of open-wheel racing cars. Contributed to development and analysis of a new aerodynamic package including front wing, rear wing and undertray for the 2021 car.

The Mechatronics and Robotic Systems (MaRS) Lab at HKU focuses on general mechatronic systems and robotics, with emphasis on their practical use in real human life and industry. In particular, I helped develop the Gemini, a compact bicopter prototype intended for indoor architectural LiDAR mapping for use in construction projects, and contributed to a research paper accepted and published by IEEE's RA-L. Recently, I've been focusing on aerodynamic development and analysis of new drone concepts.
