- Writing and implementing projects funded through EU & national funds;- Developing the RPA department through online presence and marketing.

- Organizing and creating events for the IT community in Romania;- Growing the IT community around the Talks by Softbinator concept;- Looking for new opportunities to expand the Talks concept and ensure more people learn about our tech events.

- Building and supporting the renewable energy supply business;- Working on community development, marketing, PR strategy and online content;- Managing the day-to-day activities of the energy cooperative.

- Developing the online presence of the Formula Student team; - Offering support with the online communication strategy and implementation;- Growing the motorsport scene in the Politehnica University of Bucharest.

- Managing online and offline communication with recurring or single donors of Save the Children Romania.

- Direct involvement in recruitment of donors through direct-debit forms for Hospice Casa Sperantei and SOS Satele Copiilor;- Management of fundraising teams, of 10 or more people, on the ground and the day-to-day organization of tasks;- Recruitment and training of fundraisers using non-formal education skills; - Implementation of the first direct-debit campaign for Hospice Casa Sperantei.
