• Determined pros and cons of the ISF (Incremental Sheet Formation) manufacturing technique of an Aluminum alloy at room temperature, with a focus on the surface finish of the milled samples. This was done as part of Dr. Alan Taub’s graduate team - sponsored by different companies, like Boeing.• Developed MATLAB code to automate the process of gathering needed metrics (from tool striation data) on the ISF samples. Using this code, valuable insight into superimposing the tool onto the data was found.
