I believe that people are the solution, not the problem. That’s why my approach to my work is about capturing hearts and minds, strengthening communities, and improving organisations. I have a great understanding of the public sector. My approach uses that experience to meet the specific challenge of each assignment but also to add value; helping satisfy broader ‘must dos’ like patient and public involvement, world class commissioning or helping transform community services. I’m innovative – and proud of it. For example my work includes using social marketing across new topics and developing new approaches like community-led social marketing. I have published in Public Health Journals and I have presented at national and international social marketing forums. I am an Associate of the National Social Marketing Centre.I have created successful conditions for the spread of learning across organisations I enjoy working with stakeholders from across the health and well being economy; spotting how and where we can join up.
