My role was to drive the performance and profitability of our Global Operations across 5 sites across EMEA, India, APAC and the Americas.Key Achievements • Developed streamlined procedures focusing on performance optimisation • Developed and rolled out best practise for each of the call centres across EMEA, APAC and India • Exceeded target having successfully achieved above 80% retention and renewal rate for clients in 2012/13. • Set up Indian call centre which has doubled in size over the past 12 months with a 95% retention rate over the past 24 months. • Designs and implemented new bonus/commission scheme for Team Leaders resulting in an increase in performance by over 60% in 2012.

HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT (Project driven position) I led the implementation of the Project Management department to ensure adherence to R&Rs, timescales and processes of all departments within the company. Key Achievements • Defined gaps in organisation and identified talents to set up the department in order to support business needs. • Set up tiered campaigns to prioritise and segment campaign support. • Recruiting and training of four new Project Managers on campaign propositions • Coached and lead the team to achieve an increased campaign success rate
