I managed a budget exceeding USD $2 million for Channel marketing in Retail. I reported to the Senior Director of Consumer in Mexico, leading a team of up to 6 Account Managers.Achievements: • In FY16, I was awarded the "Circle of Excellence" Gold Club Award, which recognizes worldwide the extraordinary performance of employees who have contributed to the transformation and overall success for Microsoft's growth.• In FY16, I delivered extraordinary sales results for Xbox, exceeding $52 million, which was +14% above the plan.
