About Adrian Malleson

As Head of Economic Research and Analysis, I carry out a range of economic research and analysis, including RIBA Future Trends, RIBA Economics report, and the RIBA Business Benchmarking report. I have carried out a wide range of governmental, third-sector, commercial and academic research projects, including for the UK Government, UK universities, the Centre for Digital Built Britain, construction product manufacturers, leading software vendors, as well as for the CAA, the RIBA and NBS. I am Chair of the RIBA Economics Panel, co-lead of the RIBA "Horizons 2034" foresight programme, and a regular contributor to the RIBA Journal and other professional publications. I have worked extensively with UN-Habitat to deliver the UK Government’s Future Cities Programme, to help build the professional capacity of city leaders from 19 middle-income cities, across the world and am currently working with the Commonwealth Association of Architects on an International Knowledge Exchange and Advocacy programme.
