My broad experience in working in a variety of leadership roles; including Employer Relations, Analytics, Employee Wellness, Medicare/Medicaid, HEDIS, NCQA, Quality Assurance, Network Data Management has provided me with an understanding of how different roles within the company work together to provide support for our customers. As a Health Analytic Consultant, I have been responsible for supporting multiple business segments and funding types. My director role allows me to sharpen my leadership skills with key market stakeholders, provides opportunities to share my knowledge with my team members and support their career development goals. I am skilled in leading a team, Disease Management, Health Insurance, Customer Service, Employee Benefits Design, and Data Analytics used to deliver insights and solutions to customers. These insights and solutions can lead to improved population health, more appropriate utilization of healthcare services and decreased cost. I’m a strong healthcare service professional with over 20 years in the healthcare industry with a BS focused in Worksite Health Promotion from East Carolina University.
