 Demonstrate excellence in problem solving, strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. Supervise and manage agency operations during day support, on-call night, and weekend service Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as incorporate guidelines in day-to-day activities. Ensure all programs and clinical operations are in full compliance with state and federal regulations. Including HIPAA  Provides counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to consumers and families as appropriate to the position; prepares treatment plans, discharge plans, and provides crisis intervention and emergency services as required. Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports and assess outcome measures Complete all required documentation required by funding source.
