With over a decade of experience in retail and customer service management, I transitioned to the construction and development field two years ago and joined Scooter's Coffee as a Development Specialist. In this role, I managed multiple projects and facilitated relationships between franchisees and vendors, ensuring that they received the best service and support throughout the build out process. I also analyzed and improved the processes and workflows to make them more efficient and streamlined, and built strong relationships with other departments.A year ago, I was promoted to Manager of Development Specialists where I lead a team of professionals who share my passion for creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for our franchisees. I collaborate with the senior managers of construction and pre-development, to develop and implement universal best practices and standards. I am responsible for hiring, developing, and maintaining top talent, as well as curating a fun and exciting, yet challenging work environment. I believe in building teams, developing future leaders, and empowering employees so that they can reach their goals.
