Combining our knowledge and experience of the resorts and local markets allows us to provide very unique services. The Nuttings recently sold the ski areas to Vail Resorts. Both resorts have city water and sewer but get outside of the resorts and you will deal with wells and septic systems. You can truthfully say that I’m a veteran in the business after surviving 20% interest rates and now enjoying the full cycle to single digits! I've continued my education beyond the required license renewal hours in order to provide individualized marketing ideas, unique platforms, and connections within the profession. In 2014 I received my Master’s Degree in Real Estate Brokerage and Management (still learning). My free time has been devoted to local, state, and national REALTOR® causes and community involvement.
