My name is Adrienne Johnson, and I specialize in taxes and tax planning. In fact, I have been a CPA since 1986, and have been functioning as tax manager since 1988 – I sometimes think I was born to do this! Since earning my Bachelors of Accountancy and a Masters in Taxation from Walsh College, I have put in 7 years at national tax firms and gained 28 years’ professional experience from a local tax boutique. After my years at large CPA firms, I was with Schellenberg & Associates from 1990 to 2014, and have been with Puckett, Clement and Schellenberg, P.C. since their inception in 2014. I became a principal here in July 2017.Puckett, Clement and Schellenberg, P.C. is a highly dynamic, diverse and experienced accounting team. We bring to the table some 300+ years of combined CPA experience, and are proud to have earned the trust of a diverse client base consisting of individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations. We advise and serve them in areas such as tax, accounting, litigation support and consulting services, auditing, and financial statements.My tax experience runs deep and includes specialization in planning and reporting for high wealth individuals, service industries, real estate entities, trusts and estates. I have handled Internal Revenue Service audits, State of Michigan audits and other compliance matters. From wealthy investors to small-business owners, doctors, lawyers, insurance agents and more, I’ve helped clients in the Oakland County area to plan effectively, project reasonably and save tax dollars. Personally, I am passionate about educating my clients and helping them problem-solve their day-to-day tax-related business concerns. I listen carefully to their needs and identify the areas where financial or tax strategies could be causing issues, now or in the future.
