I am a Product Owner with strong technical knowledge in programming and technology, with 1 year of experience in product management. Together with the Product Manager, I have been leading the definition of backlog and roadmap, prioritizing product functionalities and needs, collecting qualitative and quantitative data and metrics for results. I have skills in IT strategy, team management, Agile methodologies, and data analysis. Additionally, I lead a development Squad and contribute to the construction of digital product roadmaps, as well as follow and execute OKRs with leadership.I have an academic background in Information Systems and an Interdisciplinary Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology from UFBA, as well as a technical degree in Electronics from IFBA. As a volunteer for the Girls in Digital project - Bahia Regional, I am interested in actions for social impact and gender equality in the technology field. I have taught basic programming to women, conducted activities in public schools in Salvador, organized events for the local IT technical community, and fostered partnerships to support the project.Since 2019, I have also been working as a speaker in the technology field, with the goal of encouraging female participation in this sector.
