Bill Spilman is president of Innovative Media Solutions (IMS) in Oneida, IL. Spilman has 36 years of professional experience - the past 30 of which are association related. IMS specializes in advertising, exhibit, and sponsorship sales services for national not-for-profit associations. The firm also provides editorial, marketing and public relations solutions.Spilman and his wife, Mary, are the proud parents of six children. He is a monthly chapel speaker at the Galesburg (Ill.) Rescue Mission. Spilman has served on numerous community and church committees and ministries, including serving as a member of a launch team, as an elder, and as a keynote speaker at youth camps. He has also been actively involved in a ministry for area high school youth, and has served as a lay leader, board member, and a member of multiple teams. Spilman has also served as an assistant flag football coach, an assistant youth baseball coach, and as an Oneida, Ill. City Council alderman. He founded the Oneida Farmers Market and served as the market manager its first five years.
