Me and my team are responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of dozens of servers and hundreds ot PCs each with specialized software spanning many diverse companies.I assist with a wide variety of technical issues and requests, providing support for users with differing software and hardware needs.

I provide base level IT support to non-technical personnel within the business. This includes installing software, repairing hardware, and resolving technical issues for Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park's management team. I remain up to date on the latest technologies and solutions applicable to company products.

I assisted in the transition to a hybrid remote-work environment by setting up and maintaining the appropriate software and in-house server configurations that allow employees to securely connect to the company's internal network.I identify and solve technical issues for office personnel and their clients while advising the company's partners on relevant technical solutions that increase efficiency.I am also responsible for the administration of various software and security policies on all devices that connect to the internal network and maintain an up-to-date inventory of available IT equipment.

I assisted a real estate broker for Keller Williams and helped manage all technical aspects of Joseph Rhee & Associates. These aspects ranged from database management to website administration. I ensured that Joseph Rhee and his agents could perform their jobs to the utmost capability.

I provided technical support for a mobile app suite created by New American Funding. I assisted loan officers, real estate agents, and potential home buyers with technical issues related to mobile devices.

I configured and deployed devices with educational software for all employees and clients. I maintained applications that monitored device usage and provided application support to all employees using company devices.
