Independant consultant providing IT services to local Orange County businesses, which ultimately led to the creation of Skyward IT.

As the sole Information Technology employee in the Irvine location, I provide support for 30+ users and 14 servers. I work closely with engineers in other locations collectively supporting 1,200+ employees in a healthcare setting. Because I am the only technical person at this location, duties typically range from end user helpdesk support all the way to network and server support. I have my hands on anything and everything technology related including video conferencing, Avaya phone support, network administration, facility data and phone cabling, supporting client and server apps, managing backups, user applications, server hardware, inventory and asset management, etc.
