- Managing a team of employees specializing in monitoring within the retention department and data analysis of the department.- Responsible for all the monitoring processes within the department and ensuring all day to day activities are aligned with regulatory rules, managing the Ministry of Finance’s external review.- Department Budget Management - 30 M NIS - Creating a follow up system on expenses according to annual predictions, calculation and monitoring on a monthly basis on department expenses and budget- Building a compensation model by the company’s strategic goals and the teams’ activities. Data analysis of achievements and team goals.- Managing payroll which included building a compensation model, calculating the survivability policy, and aligning them with the annual compensation. Ensuring wage protections are in place and salary data analysis every month.- Budget management of 700K NIS - Managing the expenses and operational aspect of each promotion, prizes, and perks given to employees in the retention department by their productivity.

Managed by the Retention Department Head. Conducting ongoing reviews on retention data and generating reports on irregular activities. Responsible for the department's activities, scheduling department vacations, lectures, and workshops. Administrative work, onboarding new employees, office equipment purchases, and managing the Department Head’s schedule.
