For example:- Utilizing liberal FEMA provisions to avert GST payments on exports- Fine-reading of tax entries, dictionaries and legal precedents to help businesses optimise their tax payments- Using beneficial provisional from Customs law to support closure of IDPMS/ EDPMS entries- Provide exhaustive Do’s and Don’ts for new vendor onboarding to avert belated chasing for tax credits- Deciding on new business in a preferred business location with huge compliances or expanding the running business from the adjacent plot with existing compliances- Deciding on new tax settlement scheme to settle legacy tax disputes without impacting the current tax positionEarly in my career, I was taught: Beliefs or Assumptions of those who frame the Acts of Parliament cannot make the law [ITO v. Mani Ram, 1969 SCR (1) 724].
