CurrentManaging, leading, and participating in a sales engineering team globally that supports all aspects of pre and post sales including solution design, partner certifications, service schedule and SOW creations, RFP responses, and presenting deal reviews. Regular discussions with product teams to drive roadmaps based on marketplace and demand. Constant evaluation and fine tuning of processes including opportunity questionnaires, deal reviews, escalations, and all aspects to allow for smooth pre sales efforts to drive closings.
